For me the drawback is the cleaning. It has already cracked. Doesn't blend finely, so you're left with lots of little pieces of food.

Very powerful, very loud, and it’s touch screen!

Blends fast, efficient and clean up is a snap.

This crushes ice unlike any other blender i have owned.

Stuff gets stuck at top n does not get blended all the way.

Price

Replaced our $300 margarita maker for this and it is awesome.

This was a expensive blender but worth every penny seeing how is modern technology and has safety latches.

I was hesitant to spend the high price but for me i felt it was worth the investment.

We had a blendtec before and it doesn't puree our smoothies quite as well as that one did, but for the money its a very solid machine.
