Pros

This is great, easy to use, very intuitive. Makes excellent coffee. Haven't used the blender feature yet.

Everything on the unit is removable and dishwasher safe. The mesh strainer is sturdy and easy to clean. The directions say to wash everything in hot soapy water after every use.

Coffee has better flavor and is stronger vs your average coffee brewer. Has a drip stopper so coffee doesn't leak from the filter. Set time for later brewing or next day.

Cons

Don't buy this coffee maker. If you’re wanting a coffee marker that lasts, this isn’t it. All i do know is i'm returning the product.

I have a handheld frother that does the trick much better. Also, the controls are deceptive. What a joke.

The ninja is half decent at brewing however the clean light never goes off. It turns on but will not brew.

Must some flaw in how this was designed. Water drips through too fast.
