The ninja ss201 is an amazing power house. It is louder than my previous blender (oster) this blender is awesome.

The lid on this blender/processor is similar to previous models such as the nj600, but they seem to have improved it slightly. It has automatic presets that you can turn on and let it choose what's best for what you're trying to make in terms of how l... Read More

It has a sleek, modern look, and is not overly-cumbersome. It's the easiest to clean i ever had as well. It even comes with a little booklet of recipes.

Cons

Never head this problem with my old nutri bullet. It shakes and is now making a weird high pitched noise.

This is 2nd ninja product i have had durability issues with. Nothing in instructions about this. Don't buy this junk, save your money and go with a different brand.

Horrible design flaw that struck after about a dozen uses over the course of a year.

That translates into the attached video: the connectors snap and the whole blender falls apart.

Price

But knowing what i know now, i would pay the $130 for it.

I have not used it a lot yet but i think it was a good value.
