Pros

It has a length of 10 3/8 inches and the 3 inch width of the opening. Easy to clean. Has 1500/w in a small space.

It flips upright as a regular toaster and flips down to bake or warm smaller cuts of your favorite dishes or meats. The oven feature is fabulous especially for a single person.

Ninja is a nifty multi-tasker that toasts to perfection and looks sleek, too. It toasts bagels perfectly on the 4 bagel setting. The toasting mechanism is good.

Cons

There is so little control over time and temp it just burns. The temp for broil is 400. The baking tray is extremely small.

There was no owner's manual. It's difficult to read because of the gray on gray writing. They need to go back to the drawing board.

We are hopeful that it is well-built but are quite unsure about the quality control and propriety of this company right now. At whatever price it ends up dropping to get rid of them, try investing in a little research and development.

Unless you set it sideways on the counter, if you have that much room. The tray isn't flush on both sides.

I would suggest snagging it if you see it on sale.

Competitiveness

I was very torn between this and the regular toaster that is widely reviewed as the best, the breville “a bit more”.

The metal housing felt a bit cheap and was something less than what i expected from ninja.
