The glue residue makes this appliance unusable. It is disappointing that a company that produces so many awesome cooking tools hasn't figured out how to properly package items.

Excellent pan for smoking and cooking steaks an vegetables.
Easy to clean, or line with aluminum foil to make clean up a breeze.
I have cooked my steaks on cast iron super hot hibachi charcoal grill for a long time , this may be better , definitely easier.
I'd really like to meet the genius that decided it would be a good idea to glue the label to the cooking surface though.
Price
This pan is ( like most ninja products) is pricey .
I think this should come closer to $30.

This sears super fast so you need to stay close and check turn often
