I bought this accessory for my new ninja pro xl woodfire grill because i wasnt comfortable having my brisket or my pork sitting right on the hot grill plate for 13 hours

Maybe it isnt really necessary but i like having the smoke and airflow able to go underneath the meat while its in there for an overnight cook
