Simple and straightforward installation, with the required torx drive supplied with the battery.
Easy to install and so far so good.
Computer turns off now when the power goes to zero (with the original battery, this didn't happen)
Lasted about 6 months waste of money, replaced that with a duracell also a waste of space.
Price
The laptop still works well and suits my needs but is worth less than £100 in exchange so i didn't want to spend a fortune repairing it.

Replacing the battery is fairly easy you unscrew the back cover remove the screws from the existing battery unplug it and replace

I would strongly recommend watching the youtube video on how to do this as the cover and battery have a couple of hidden screws

However a leaflet supplied with the battery which i did not read until after the installation states categorically that you should not discharge the battery to 0 to calibrate it

Whereas the online instructional video that i looked at and several others insisted that the battery management had to be calibrated by draining the battery until shutdown and a further 2 hours before recharging to full

Note upon installation i fully charged the battery and left it charging a further 2 hours
