Pros
Macbook air happy as a clam. Fitted and booted to log in screen in 19 minutes, including cleaning the inner shell.
Cons
Fine for first 50-55 cycles, now next to useless. Utterly useless and a waste of time fitting. Head on the screw driver is is a bit too small, which could very easily lead to stripped screws.
