What an amazing combo pack of amiibo.
Came earlier than expected despite a backorder!
Unfortunately this samus is larger than the normal amiibos so shes a little out of place, but i guess that just makes her special.

The pose of samus is straight off of the box art for metroid ii the return of samus for gameboy and now the reimagining remake metroid samus returns on 3ds

Nintendo probably could have just got away with a painted opaque shell for the body of the metroid but they went all out on it

I have no doubt that eventually this set will have some in game use for the upcoming metroid game for switch which i am going to 100 be getting and ill probably pick up samus returns one day if i ever find a deal on it the 3ds is not my first choice when it comes to playing games

For game functionality you can actually keep tapping the metroid one to the screen as many times as you want to get a map update as to where your next nearest metroid is
