Pros

The * and shell and everything are all official. If you need a quality gamecube controller, that's not 70-80 bucks, and exhibits the same quality, this is the one to buy.

The * are fine, they're not snappy and not mushy either. Gives perfect pivots and shield drops on both sides after its worn in a little. My only complaint is the ribbing on the analog stick wore kinda quickly.

The genuine rereleased article and it feels great. The shell is noticeably made from a different type of plastic, but not flimsy or cheap. The stick boxes themselves feel a little tighter than the original controller, making them more accurate.

Cons

This is the worst gamecube controller i have ever owned. It seems that nintendo has some serious quality control issues when it comes to making a decent controller, exemplified by the joycon joystick issues as well. This is either a really good-lookin... Read More

Needless to say, i am very happy with this purchase and will consider ordering another one soon.

Many gamecube games were made specifically with the gamecube controller in mind and don't translate to a more common layout.

But i was frustrated with the generic/amazon controller's buttons.

The controller itself feels great, and 40 dollars isnt too bad these days.

I recommend this controller because it is good quality and good shipping.
