These have a black border and seem kind of dark, i think my next deck will be with the red border.

The cards inside have the same picture as the classic hanafuda cards only the lining is black

They come packed in a plastic case which includes instructions in japanese however english instructions can be located online and the cards themselves

Designs and colors look good feel is sturdy and im sure theyll hold up for quite awhile with regular play but these arent highvalue collectors items

Cards came in a silver cardboard sealed box which was inside the black and tan plastic box which can be opened from either end using a push tab to spring open the door

Each card has a slightly textured black backing that wraps around the edge of the face to form a neat black border around the picture
