Nintendo remains loyal to its roots by continuing to manufacture hanafuda decks. This deck is a bit more entry-level, without the promotional art and with fairly simple packaging.

These are quality cards, worth the money.
The cards appear to be of excellent quality and i'm looking forward to learning to play.
Also i will say that i am a little disappointed in the ink printing.

Beware fragile the cards feel like paper without a finish the slightest water or grease would definitely ruin them and the plastic box does not click shut so you can easily pick it up wrong and spill the cards

One caveat the cards were mislabeled received red set instead of black

The lillies lilacs and blue ribbon cards are supposed to be a nice medium indigo but they just look black
