This is massive design flaw that has not been addressed by nintendo. Very disappointed in this behemoth of a company for caring more about their immediate bottom line than their reputation.

Nintendo asks you to leave your home during pandemic conditions, ship the faulty controllers back through a ups store (they'll pay for shipping), and then wait to hear back. I live the switch and it's joycons but the way this was handled is horrible. ... Read More
