Pros

There aren't too many franchises where i would just splurge like this. This handheld is a testament of it. There are a few good boss fights that really challenge you.

Everything about this two-tone 3ds xl screams premium. The red goes so well with the dark yellow (or green, im colorblind) proud to own this over the plain grey version.

The screwattack logo on the back makes up for samus being upsidown when the console is flipped up. The screen is a nice size and it's great to get a samus-themed ds!

If you're jnto the whole ips screen vs tn screens i'm fairly certain i have dual tn. The system itself is pretty cool for a kid that grew up in the 80-90s overpaying to play hologram games at the arcades.

Cons

I'm guessing that is why the exorbitant price), but as sleek and beautiful as this system may be, i do not feel it is worth $300.

So beautiful it arrived on time best looking 3ds ever

There's not much to say other that this new nintendo 3ds looks incredible.

Competitiveness

I'm not a huge metroid guy; the last one i played was super metroid back on the snes, so i can't really compare it to previous titles.

You can do a harder difficulty or try to beat it faster, so i guess to some that can be a big deal.
