Pros

Ds xl is the first nintendo hand held system i’ve bought since the original ds was released. The 3ds is a console that revolutionized handheld gaming. It has something for almost everyone.

This is so much more forgiving and comfortable to use! Still in great shape as well. Was exactly as depicted in picture. It looks awesome.

Cons

The screen quality on these tn panels are atrocious. It looks like the olden days when you'd record crt tv's or monitors and you could see the scanlines slowly going down the screen, except in this case it emanates from the corners. Sticking with my i... Read More

It has a sleek design, a comfortable grip, and a large screen that displays crisp graphics.

Battery life lasts around 5hrs per charge.

With this (replacing a previous gen ds), we encountered a potential scare when not long after opening there was an issue.

I wanted a 3ds xl, so when i found this one on sale, it was a no brainer!

Sucks they raised the price on this thing.

Way out of my budget and completely ridiculous on the price.

They've gone up so much in price, i almost wish i bought extras.

Packaging/appearance

I've seen the box this comes in sold for an absurd amount of money, just the box.

The box was a little beaten up, but the 3ds itself was in perfect condition.

Came in great condition, sucks it didn't have a charger but i got one.

Competitiveness

I would recommend the 3ds because it has a better library than ps vita.

Graphics wise, ps vita is definitely better.
