Pros
Charges via usb-c, so you can charge it either plugged into the usb slot of the switch dock or connected directly to the ac adapter. Holds 2x joycon controllers, turning the joycons into something resembling a traditional controller.
After removing the handles this works great for me. That smoky translucent color is totally my * and makes me so happy! Works perfectly as intended.
The most essential purchase for the console. I love that it's a wireless controller because wired should only ever be used for computer gaming. Just should have been a pack-in for theconsole.
Cons
Tried connecting both usb 2. It doesn't charge the right joycon. Should have been included with the console. Save your money towards a pro controller.

I used to buy name brand compatible products and just found them to not live up to the standard of the brand they represented.
It is a shame nintendo never thought in sell this control in the same bundle with nintendo switch.

It feels just like the regular joycon grip but with a charger port which is great because i was sick of my joycons dying while i was on stream and my knockoff pro controller has a poorly made analog stick which causes some erratic movements at times

While i generally dont mind holding my switch when i play i notice that my posture is pretty terrible since i end up hunched over the consol
