I am well aware of how these things work so didn’t even bother contacting support for them to waste my time. Absolutely ridiculous. These are not real nintendo joy-cons.

Didn't even come in an official nintendo box. Was just in a plastic bag, also definitely not nintendo. I suspect these joycons are counterfeit. Even walmart takes things back without the box as long as you have the receipt.
