The turquoise is soo pretty. Birthday gift for 8 year old granddaughter. The graphics are amazing.
It plays well, i put in a 1tb memory card and plays and downloads games with no problem. Its a great handheld. This and streaming apps goes a long way, trust me!

I have no complains about the packaging or anything.
Works well looks brand new like it was just out of the box.
The buttons all work, no scratches in the screen on delivery, sticks move smoothly and don't drift.
