Pros
The battery life is long and can easily withstand a full day or more of gaming. It's accurate, there's no delay like in off-brand controllers and it fits well even in big hands like mine.
The controller fits quite nicely in my hand. It has a dense feel to it, and i don't feel any plastic creaking. Feels great, holds a long charge and no sticky button issues.
Cons
Buyer beware. Nintendo's qc is garbage or the controller i got was used or refurbished. When a consumer specifically purchases something as new, it should be sold as such.
There's pry marks on the left grip. The left joystick has slight feedback drift.

As far as switch controllers go, it's responsive with lower latency compared to some other third party options.
Given that it's the first party option, you won't be missing out on any features that the third party competition might be.
