When the light is on ultra low or flashing to show battery voltage it looks like the led emitter is four squares arranged into one large square

Maybe this is only in ultra low and battery voltage flash mode because it’s too bright to tell otherwise but it makes me wonder if my led is partially dead and i’m only getting 75 output
