The low mode is barely usable

For example if the lights already on at less than full power pressing and holding rather than just clicking the button should switch to high for as long as its held as if it were off to begin with then revert to the previous setting when released

I figure its good to have both a usb rechargeable and a batterypowered one that way if both run out of juice youre more likely to be able to find a way to get one working
