Quality
Very happy with the easy handling of the walker.
Turning corners or u turns are very easy with the larger wheels.
It was half the price of the nitro euro with the same general design but not the quality.
The unit is on the higher end of the price scale, but i believe the quality and features justify the cost.

The price was better than what is being sold at the local shoppers drug mart.
Packaging/appearance
I had to wait for someone to come and help me lift it out of the cartons.
Nothing for an old lady like me to do but take it out of the box!
Competitiveness
It is easy to collapse as it is lighter than many other walkers on the market.

Ive been noticing that the steering tracking is a problem

Ive turned the rollator over and rotated the steering shaft and the bearing feels like it hits a resistance jumps ahead to the next resistance and so on

This cant be a normal characteristic of rollators as steering must be as true as possible to be safe for those with stability problems
