Pros
Nivea never disappoints with chapstick. By far my favorite lip chap. Only downfall is it has a faint smell of pepper.
These are so creamy and smoother. It is moisturizing and smooth on the lips. No weird taste and definitely very moisturizing.
Cons
It's waxy and not moisturizing at all. It is too waxy. It dries out my lips even more.
New formula is waxy and * and doesn't melt into your lips. Also, it was supposed to be new improved formula. But this new formula is absolutely poo.
Highlights
Quality
You won't be flaky even in the winter with the dry heat and the cold.
As for the product itself, i love this lip balm but certainly wasn't happy with the fact that advertising is misleading!

For anyone who ordered this item and like many others only received one lip balm per pkg i contacted customer service through chat although it took forever to figure out how to get to customer service and they are sending me a replacement order

I ordered 10 pkg which should have totalled 20 lip balms

I am satisfied that they are sending a replacement order but the advertising for this item should be changed immediately
