Pros
I prefer these to some other forms that i’ve taken periodically which don’t seem to provide the same support. Decent price and was shipped fairly quickly.

As a nurse i recommend this product.
These, with the addition of a stool softener, have been around for many years and so far, so they don't cause constipation.
Price
I only gave them 4 stars because they are expensive and the cost is sometimes prohibitive.
Competitiveness
You can break them in half and take them as a daily suppliment too.
It costs more than similar products, but it is worth it!

I donate blood whenever i canbut frequently was turned away due to borderline low hematocrit tests at the donation sites
