Despite my skepticism when, unfolded from their packaging, they looked perhaps a size 6 at largest( which i am not!
These tights look small out of the package, and the color on the package said navy, but they were black, which is what i ordered.

I looked for non control top but they didnt have any at the time for my size so i ordered the control top

It is very tight and rolled a bit down i am going to try to fix the waist band to see if that will help the tightness
