Pros

The unit is a cnc'd aluminum base & knob, soft inaudible click when rotating, non-scuff padding at the bottom. Controls volume nicely, however there are indents/click for each level of volume.

It works well for the line between my dac and my headphones. No issue with balance or distortion.

Simple to use, intuitive and effective. It is the easiest product that you will hook up in your life. Some 3m sticky tape is all you need.

Cons
