The cord is very thick and damage resistant with a thick casing. Looks completely sealed. The exposed connector has a secure cap that covers the hole when no cable is present.

Quality of the port plug, the weather sealing feature and the look are all excellent. Product line always meets or exceeds my expectations. Design is simple and looks good for what it is, not sticking out if you are not looking for it.
