It comes very well packaged and was super easy to hook up. Packaging is exceptional. If it's on the wrong mode it lets you know so that’s a helpful feature!
Charger works well but gets extremely hot, at least when charging a lifepo4 battery. It charges 6 volt and 12 volt batteries. Simplistic design is easy to navigate and once you made your choice, the charger does everything else.

Nut no - no answers and no understanding. Highly, highly disappointing experience. Item was delivered missing the factory packaging, outer box and shrink wrap.
Bmw noco charger doesn't charge the car's battery with trickle or 12v repair mode. Appears to work, shows battery charged but battery is dead when you use it. After a few months the ground lead was fused to the battery post. Find out charger somewhere... Read More

Works as advertised, durable and small footprint on workbench.
I have used these for many years, with many cars, and they easily and noticeably prolong the battery life by many years.
I plugged in this new charger but it was still not working then i used repair mode, this fixed the battery and it started charging the car.
I had a weak battery after the car was sitting for a while and this thing reconditioned it and charged at the same time.
Price
A bit expensive but what can you do.
At the time of purchase, it was a great price.
Shipping
Electronics in car still worked, but i pulled the battery inside, bought this and it arrived the next day.
