The thing i like best about these is that they stay in place when i go from kneeling to standing, and walking around. They stay, not too tight, lots of room to adjust and did i mention comfortable lol.
Value is terrific also as i have had $100 versions that are far insuperior. Excellent bang for the buck.
I am 240lbs at 5'2 learning how to roller skate again. It is super comfortable and supportive. Really good quality and durable.
Cons
The plastic button engaging the strap latch is much to close to the knee protective cover. Its very hard to latch. Iam constantly adjusting them. After 45 min of kneeling the straps dig into the back of your knees.

Most knee pad leg straps start digging into the back of your leg after extended use where these are much more comfortable
