Pros & Cons
Pros
It's not expensive, but far exceeds all other fans i've bought around the same price point. This fan is no exception. Even the packaging is so nice i hate to throw it away.
Fans run around 20-30% speed and hold the motherboard temp around 95 degrees f where before it was mostly 25-35% and 105 deg f. Do the upgrade. Perfect replacement for hp 8200 elite usff desktop.

Fan comes with cable sheathing and heat shrink. Cables on the fans are short, so you can keep cable clutter down. Use a small knife to shave connector guide.
Cons
Noctua fans are considered incompatible with dell, hp, lenovo, etc. It runs at one speed only with no change when the system heats up under load.

The 45mm fan on the card made so much high frequency noise that i had to find a fix.
Price
These fans are pricey but are worth it.
They are kindof expensive though but at least they come with a free fan.
Packaging/appearance
Even the packaging is so nice i hate to throw it away.
Competitiveness
I would not even consider another brand fan.
There is no better pc fan manufacturer when it comes to performance first applications.
I would also have preferred a redux version (typically less costly) but so far 60mm fans are not offered in the redux family.
