Be careful when spreading your thermal paste would recommend you hold this down while you do it so you dont get an oopsie and have to clean this up and carefully replace it back on the cpu without wasting your thermal paste already applied to the cpu

Definitely recommend getting the one that comes with the thermal paste wipes as youll probably need them more vs the extra thermal paste

Its not a complete seal so some paste will get through between the guard and the ihs but the majority of the paste is blocked
