Pros
Noctua nf-a15 fans are quiet and do an amazing job moving air and keeping temps down. These fans move alot of air without alot of noise. Cfm vs 76 cfm.
Quiet, powerful, sturdy. The quality is 100% there and the packaging is insanely nice.
The colours pad seal the deal for any build. Cool bonus with the various color edges.
Allows the cpu to take full advantage of pbo with 4. Ghz partial loads and 4. Ghz across 8 cores. It's exactly what he wanted and needs to keep his pc tower cool when he is gaming or animating.

I use these on my nh-d15 coolers and outside of very heavy loads, they run whisper quiet.
Easy to install and work like a charm.
I can barely even tell they are running, even under heavy loads unless i look over to see that they are.
Barely cracking 50c running cinebench or any other benchmarking test for that matter since i paired it with a giant case as well.
Price
That's the only reason why i gave the "value for money" a 2 stars.
Took a $90 cooler and made it $150, but kind of worth it, since that brown is hideous.

Customer support suprisingly sent a replacement fan within two business days.

From packaging to cable and the entire fan, noctua makes great quality stuff.

I have all noctua fans where i can save gpu and psu didnt have control over those fans
