Pros
These are the quietest fans on the market. With the low-noise adapter it is 35 dba, much louder than the claimed 10.
Noctua fan can move 88 cfm in full mode. Works with centrifugal air blowers up to 3000 cubic feet per minute. Can be plugged into an onkyo amp to cool components.
Nothing beats noctua. The dead ones cost half as much - sometimes you screw yourself by getting a bargain like i did. Plus, the ugly factor is part of their charm.
Fans are padded on the fan and on the attachment points. Includes many optional power cables and a set of mounting standoffs. Comes with 4 silver screws and 8 rubber attachment plug thingys.
Worked out perfectly. Great fan. Beautiful craftsmanship. Made in august.
Cons
Even the electrical wiring is different. If you are looking for a fan for ventilation in an environment that is at all humid, this is not the fan for you. Spend less on fancy packaging and more on protective packaging.

Quality
This fan is extremely well made and ultra quiet.
The fans themselves seem very well made -- solid, with no dangling pieces.
Two of these fans zip tied to the exhaust grill and a thermostat switch on the condenser, and now the fridge cools like never before.
That fan was very loud and drew nearly 3 amps while this fan is extremely quiet and pulls only a few tenths of amps when running.
Price
Due to the higher price and good reviews i got this fan.
The dead ones cost half as much - sometimes you screw yourself by getting a bargain like i did.
Shipping
It arrived 48 hours after i ordered it.
Packaging/appearance
The fans were carefully packaged, each in its own box, with ample protection and wrapping.
Came with a number of adapters so i sacrificed the 12v generic 2 wire computer one and soldered on the right one for the trigger port.
Competitiveness
Far better than the bitfenix or nzxt i had before.
I purchased this unit to replace another that failed me by a different maker.

Not the lowest price but when you talk 200mm fans there are not too many choices out there

Replaced two cougar 120mm fans with this single 200mm fan and the computer is significantly quieter

The noise seems to be at a lower frequency as well which makes it more tolerable

This fits in the front but not the top of a coolermaster haf 912 which is a real shame

Minimal surgery required if you want the faceplate of the case to not bulge out on the sides when everything is all buttoned up

I forgot to get a noise level reading in the room before i replaced the fans but now it is between 38 and 39 dba according to a little sound meter i bought here on amazon
