Airflow
Customers are highly impressed with the quiet airflow performance of the Noctua NF-A20 PWM chromax.Black.swap fans. They move a significant amount of air while maintaining near silence, making them a popular choice for cooling external PCs and high-end cases.

There's no doubt about the quality of noctua in general, but this one (200mm) is really quiet for the amount of air it move.
Price
Imo pay the extra cost and go with a proven product.
Aftermarket panels start at $99usd, and then you need to buy fans!
$$$after measuring the area of the panel, i realized i could use two of these fans to exhaust.
Competitiveness
Noctua must use their pwm controller or from some other brands.
