Pros
Fan comes with several different mounting options - standard mounting screws and also 2 styles of anti-vibration mounts. Fits perfectly in the top of a cooler master haf_xb_evo cube case. No modifications to the case or fan were required.
Fan is very quiet. No issues with vibration noise. Uses rubber fastener rather than traditional screws.
Fan is well built, attractive and performs excellently.
It effectively cools my system built on an intel 65w core i5 running at stock speeds, 16 gb ram, samsung 970 plus m. Cools. It pushes a lot of air.
Cons
Buyer beware - compatibility listings are incorrect. Would have to cut off plastic, removing structure and the noise reduction padding, zip tie it or something since the screws/fasteners dont fit, making it a cheap fan. Guess back to the https://www.

"product was described as new and priced as new.
A little spendy, but i will gladly pay for noctua!
I already owned a bunch of low price decent fans.
Shipping
Notably customer service is truly excellent should any needs arise in their long warranty period.
Shame on amazon for selling new but sending an open-box product.
Still mad i ordered and paid for a new product, but was sent an open box from amazon warehouse.
Packaging/appearance
Packaging was nice and the fan came with various mounting parts and connectors.
The quality of the fans, cables, accessories, instruction manual, and packaging is remarkable.
Fortunately all accessories were in the box.
Competitiveness
In all honesty, this is actually a better value than their 120mm fans which are priced higher and do less.
Better than some fans sold for that purpose.
If you're looking for value - it's not here, but if you're looking for just the best damn fan man can find, noctua fans are it.

It seem thermal lake cases make there fans and cases in a weird shape that make other fans harder to install
