Pros & Cons
Pros
Best mod ever to calm your noisy devices. Never had one fail or start rattling. Silent running when using the noise reduction adapter.
Noctua fans are the most expensive fans i’ve seen when i was building my $5000 pc. Sold two of these fans for use in a silverstone gd09b htpc chassis. Unlike the other fans in the ml30, the cpu fan is a standard 4-pin pwm header. A bonus of doing it t... Read More
Noctua is a quality brand with good products. Highly recommend.
Cons
It's super loud. This is not worth the hassle of sending it back. At least the fan works and it is silent.
Highlights
Quality
Works great, replaced a very noisy fan from an oem.

Yes, slightly pricy but totally dependable as well as quiet!
After buying four of these for my 2u nas, the price to quiet the server was around $60.

I have used them for multiple servers and pcs where noise level and cooling performance are both equally important.
In my opinion, while there are better value/money fans than noctua in the 120mm fan market, no one can beat noctua's smaller fans.
This fan cost a little more than some other brands but you can tell is very high quality part.
