I've just ordered a bunch of noctua redux fans (various sizes), and the only extra they came with was 4 mounting screws.
Competitiveness
It's a shame that synology don't have a deal with noctua and fit these as stock fans in their synology range.
I see others mention resistors and quiet mounts, i didn't see any of these in mine.

Very quiet running study and well built remarkably looked identical to ystech old fan that it replaced right down to fan moulding design overall marks and little tiny indentations for injection moulding im sure theyre identical except theyve now put little cuts in the fan blades for some reason that likely is design styling
