Cannot beat a noctua fan for noise level and air movement.
These fans are also guaranteed for six years by noctua for any manufacturer defects.

The motherboard spins these completely off pwm control until things warm up some and then it runs them slowly enough that they remain completely silent outside of the case

These things are whisper quite and the temperature in my case in lower by 3 degrees

Doesnt really fit with the overall color theme of my case but its under the table so im not even looking at it all of the time

The latter two things did happen but the second fan probably only keeps the cpu heat down by one or two degrees celsius at the fan speed limit

The only downside to them is the colour which does not affect me but some people may not like it for their systems

Aesthetically the fans are disgusting looking but other colours may be more expensive

They dont seem to really affect acoustics nor vibration despite their purpose
