Cooling is excellent. The idle temperature in 33c (12c over ambient). It cools my ryzen 3 5800 processor magnificently.

The fractal design cooler is silent and cools stupendously. It has two fans. Both fans work well and do not need high rpm.

This is a massive heatsink that will totally fill-up the case. It takes up a lot of space in the cabinet - but wow - so much air-cooler surface area. From base to top of the heatsink pipes is 160mm, so it might not fit smaller cases.

This is one of their best coolers, it keeps my i9-10980xe under 70c even under full load.

The high price is worth the quality and peace of mind.

I was hesitant to buy this, due to the price.

The customer service rep was extremely helpful and shipped the needed bracket and some thermal paste to me for free.

Packaging/appearance

Packaging was super clean and used a lot of recyclable cardboard, which is always great to see over plastics and styrofoam.

Competitiveness

Granted, this won't do as well as some aio coolers, those who aren't interested in water cooling or an aio should look towards this.

I have two of these (one on an intel and one on an amd), and you can't get much better as far as air cooling goes.
