However, it seems the b9 fan cannot keep up with the 13600k's heat output, as temperatures continued to climb throughout the test.

The secufirm2 mounting system has always been of higher quality compared to other manufacturers and it's no different here.
In comparison, the axp120-x67 can maintain stable temperatures at 84 degrees, but with slightly louder noise.

Just in mass the nhl12 is 410g without the fan which is around 40g more than the mass of thermalright axp120x67

The cooler uses the nfb9 mounted in a downdraft configuration out of the box

I tested the cooler with the i513600k at 125w in an all core load for 30 minutes using cinebench r23
