Pros
Easy to install, great performance and runs very silent. Once temps climb and the mb throttles the fan up to 100% duty-cycle it gives a not-too-annoying hum. I'm picky about these things and don't regret my choice.
Made for small case form factors such as micro itx and micro atx boards. The only thing i would advise pertaining to this cooler and the 7020 is you need to bust off the stock oem cpu standoffs as they are apart of the backplate.
This cooler is very stylish and super low-profile, which is very welcome in the bulky market they're in. It's been in for the better part of a year now, used regularly, and has performed flawlessly.

Cons
The fans are not quiet. The installer has to take care not to overtighten during this laughable juggle. One is forced to manage a properly aligned and thermal paste correctly applied.

I mean my rig was thermal throttling, and these tiny itx cases are infamous for poor heat dissipation.
Price
Slightly expensive but a great high quality low-profile cooler.
It was little price but worth it!
It's a bit $$ but totally worth the cost.
Packaging/appearance
Everything you ever need to install a new cpu fan is in this packaging
Noctua gets an a+ for their packaging.
If they went a little less hardcore on the packaging, maybe the price would drop but i won't stop buying them going forward.
Competitiveness
Install method far superior to stock intel nonsense.
It is a really nice piece and far better than the stock intel kit.

Also, my cpu is still hitting as high as mid-80 c temperature with ffxiv max graphics game load and no other programs running.

I added the noctua in one in and configured it as a normal fan instead of silent and i cant hear a thing
