This stuff is way better than dynamat when you factor in price - it is very close in thickness, and works very well.
The interior no longer sounds like a rattly old tin can.
Regret wasting money on dynamat in the past now.

I then installed the noico black 80 mil sound deadening on the inside of the outer door skin and on the outside of the inner door skin then covered that with a layer of noico green 170 mil sound insulation
