It sticks well and is easy to mold around the contours. Using a spray adhesive to help hold it down helps.
This can also be used inside car doors to stop vibration noises, too. I have a 91 dodge regular cab and it is a rattle trap going down the dirt road. This is a great item for decoupling things inside of your car that vibrate against each other.

Noico is always my go to for sound deadening and absorption. Been buying this stuff for years. Noico prices can't be beat.
These come in convenient sheets that you can easily cut with good scissors. Cutting them to size is a breeze. They form well to curved surfaces. Comes in 12x12 squares so it's easy to use.

I bought 1 box of the noico red 150 mil and insulated the inside of both my doors and most of the floor.
Competitiveness
Other than the delaminating, it's good dense foam and does what it is suppose to at a low cost.
The noico foam, in combination with kilmat has made a substantial difference in quieting road noise.
Comes in 12x12 squares so it's easy to use.

Keep in mind that if its not completely dry where you used those it can cause issues with the adhesive

The adhesive on this stuff was no joke i was worried about it not holding but to test i stuck some to random cardboard waited 15 minutes tried to pull it off and the foam separated and tore off before the adhesive let go

Just be aware that it better be where you want it when it touches down because it often comes back off in pieces
