Pros & Cons
Pros
I recommend these to anyone who gets boo-boos. It is completely non-stick and it has made my recovery super fast and effective. These are soft, yet do absorb fluids like they should.
Using this for my top surgery recovery, to go over the * grafts, with a glob of neosporin. Great item for wound care.
Buying this large box was so convenient and economical. Fair price. Very well priced compared to others.
Cons
Low quality, thin, it takes two to aid in absorbency. For not being absorbent - supposedly - i feel like they absorb more ointment than my skin gets. If you are looking for some cushioning then these are not for you.

Packaging/appearance
The box look good and high quality and the 2x3 gauze is individually wrap for your sterile need.
They are all individually wrapped, so i know they are clean and safe to use on my skin.
Individual packaging is great for sterile stuffs.
Package looks little bit old and cheap feeling but it works well which is most important thing.
Competitiveness
If you need softer and easier for creases and joints, you may want to get brand name.
They are not quite as soft and flexible as real telfa- i had some older telfa pads to compare.
