That is just the tip of the iceberg i am using this to monitor wi-fi, but the application area is very wide.

Easy to install but the value is questionable since there are many other options for a lot less money.

I immediately noticed a difference not only in my receive quality but the number of signals i was now receiving on my sdr dongle without changing any other aspect of my station

In my current configuration the sdr dongle is plugged into my usb power hub and now the amp sits on top

I don’t really like the look of this in terms of added stress to my sma connections so i will most likely add a usb extension so the assembly can lay flat and not place added stress on my equipment making it no doubt break and fail prematurely

It can be powered from an sdr if you have a bias t option otherwise you can power from a usb cord
