Sustained throughput is sufficient and this supports smb, ntfs and nfs file sharing. It maps to drive letters just like the internal drives do and speeds are similar. The ftp server feature that comes with this nas works great for storing security cam... Read More

The control panel applet makes changing the configuration a breeze. The tos desktop is easy to install and use. The web gui is also fairly intuitive. Other features a bit tricky if you have the time.

Easy to setup but don't forget to screw your drives into the plastic mount brackets before sliding them in. Took a shortcut on that by first trying to install the drives without properly attaching the mounting brackets. Easy and fast setup.

Great value for the money. Still performs well. Everything works flawlessly.

Solid thick, substantial, clearly well engineered metal case with beautiful minimalist styling. Came packaged in a very nice and protective box with custom foam fitted to surround the nas.

Cons
