I have previously used the nootropicsdepot 50% (200mg) icariin extract, so i was excited to compare it against this 10% (500mg) extract.
The 10% has less icariin, but has more total goat weed flavanoids, which seem to offer some distinct benefits separate from the icariin.

Used this as recommended and then with a normal day as well as going to the gym i felt not necessarily more energetic but i would say more alert and an overall more focused feeling

Being a heart patient i said why not remember i didnt remember i had taken it before so i wanted to hopefully help my heart after having had heart surgery a few years back

Its been 8 days since i started it and i started noticing that i would wake up in the morning and not have to go back to sleep a different side effect that i did not expect
