Nordic naturals seems to be a good brand. I'm vegan, and i grind flax seeds into my cereal daily, so i get plenty of ala.

As a vegetarian, this product is suitable for my needs. They are a bit pricey but i feel they are worth it. This is awesome!

Alpha gal sugar allergy is caused by a bite from a lonestar tick. It not only makes you allergic to all mammal products including dairy but also things like carageenan which come from red algae/seaweed. What is the capsule made of?

And i think nordic naturals is one of the more trustworthy brands out there for algal dha.

It is only dha omega 3 and this does not contain epa omega 3 or any other omegas (like 5, 6, 7, etc).

Other brands i've tried have off flavors, like rancid oils, or super fishy.
