These are a perfect non-fishy way to get your omega 3. Great alternative for those vegetarian/vegan.

There is no indication on the website or on the packaging that pregnant women should not use this *.

These are the fatty acids that are important for human cardiac health and are normally present in the food chain mainly due to algae.
Price
Aside from the price it’s an excellent product and it doesn’t leave me any fishy/seaweed aftertaste or burps.
I wish it was less expensive, but i’m glad to have found good vegan omega-3s.
This one, at the current price ($35.
They are a bit pricey especially since the adult dose is two capsules a day this only is a month supply.

But since omega 3s are claimed to be vital for our health i thought i would give these a try and out of all the brands i’ve tried this one is the only one that leaves no aftertaste for me

Its hard to recommend this algae based omega3 source based on value there are only 60 capsules in the box all are contained in sealed blister packs like a cough medication might be which is neat for freshness and each capsule contains on average about half or less than each of your average high quality fish oil based capsule and you pay a premium for every one

I do prefer the algae based omega 3 supplements over the typical fish based ones for a bunch of reasons but im not sure i can stomach the cost in the long run personally
