I am very pleased with this product but due to the price, i am only giving it 4 out of 5 stars.
Nordic naturals is my favourite omega 3 supplement in the market at an affordable price.
It does come with a hefty price but that’s how you know it’s the decent stuff.
The only real downside is the amount you get for the price.

It does have a fishy smell unfortunately but it’s easily concealed in yoghurt or milk which is how we get our daughter to take it

This nordic naturals allergen free is a good product it has arctic cod liver oil rosemary extract and olive oil and no nasty additives however this means that it does taste like fish oil because it is fish oil

As all cod liver oil is high in omega 3 vitamin a and d3 look it up you could probably get more for less on the high street you can expect to pay about £10 for 1000mg 2024 uk so £20 for just over 1000mg is a lot
